02 See portfolio cash flow

Every dollar, traced to its source.

Income by property, expenses by category and net cash flow across every account, entity and manager. Each number links back to the transactions and statement lines behind it.

Portfolio · Cash flowFictional example

Expenses · Sep$9,6505 categories

03 Reconcile statements and transactions

Statement says $4,320. Bank says $3,840.

Aqonix matches every line on a manager statement to activity in your bank accounts. What matches is cleared. What doesn’t is queued for review with both records side by side, so you can tell a real issue from a timing difference.

Evidence board · Birch LaneFictional example

Manager statement · Aug

  • Rent collected$5,100.00
  • HVAC repair−$620.00
  • Management fee−$160.00
  • Owner distribution$4,320.00

Operating account · Sep

  • Sep 2 · Mortgage payment−$2,240.00
  • Sep 12 · BIRCH LN OWNER DIST$3,840.00
  • Sep 15 · Insurance−$310.00
  • Sep 18 · Transfer to savings−$1,000.00

Worth a closer look

The August statement shows a $4,320 owner distribution for Birch Lane, but the deposit that matches it is $480 lower. Check for a reserve hold, a late adjustment or a second deposit before raising it with your manager.

  • Same manager and period
  • Deposit arrived Sep 12
  • ?No second deposit seen yet
  • ·Reserve hold not shown on statement

Flags are prompts for investigation, not findings of wrongdoing. A missing or doubled transaction may reflect processing delays or reversals.

What needs you, and why.

Which properties are pulling their weight, and what might help.

Know which properties are performing, where cash flow is leaking, and what may improve it. Compare each property with relevant local benchmarks, then explore hold, improve, refinance or exit scenarios, with the evidence and assumptions behind every insight.

06 Work with controlled agents

Agents that act. Inside your rules.

Think of it as hiring a portfolio manager to oversee all of your property managers. Planned agents will read the same connected accounts, statements and email, then handle routine work on their own: following up with managers, requesting missing documents, matching statements. Anything involving money, disputes or commitments is designed to wait for you.

Security & data handling · design commitments

Designed to read. Never to move money.

These are the commitments Aqonix is being designed around: read-only access by default, your approval for anything that matters, and a record of what agents do. Each will be verified and documented before launch.

  • Read-only bank connectionsAccounts will connect through a dedicated bank-data provider, designed for read access to balances and transaction history only, with no ability to move money or make payments. Aqonix is designed not to store your banking credentials.
  • Email you chooseYou will pick the mailbox and senders to connect, so Aqonix can match property messages to properties. Sending is designed to stay off until you allow it for specific recipients.
  • Your approval for what mattersSpending, disputes, commitments and financial changes are designed to require your approval, whatever routine rules you set for agents.
  • Agent actions recordedAgent actions are designed to be recorded with what the agent saw, what it did and which of your rules allowed it.
  • EncryptionWe plan to encrypt data in transit and at rest, and to limit access to what the product needs to work.
  • Disconnect and deletionYou will be able to disconnect bank or email access and ask us to delete your data.

Why we’re building Aqonix

Owners shouldn’t have to audit their own managers by hand.

Owners with several properties get statements from different managers, in different formats, on different schedules. Checking them against the bank means spreadsheets and email threads, so small fees, doubled charges and missed payments slip through.

We’re building the tool we wanted: connect the records once, see where the money went, and let software do the checking, with the evidence in view and every decision left to you.

Privacy & cookie notice

Last updated October 3, 2026

This notice explains how the Aqonix website handles information about its visitors. It applies to this website, including its optional PostHog analytics. It does not describe the operation of the future Aqonix application.

1. Scope and contact

Aqonix is the brand used for this website. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@aqonix.com. Please do not send bank credentials, financial statements, tenant records, or identity documents with an initial inquiry.

2. Information you provide

This website has no account registration, waitlist form, document upload, payment collection, or bank connection. Its dashboard illustration contains fictional data.

An earlier version of this website offered an optional email waitlist, which is now closed. If you joined it, we hold your email address, a record of your signup and consent, and any property and property-manager count ranges you chose. We use this information only to manage your request and to let you know if Aqonix access becomes available, and we do not send it to our website analytics service. It is stored by our hosting provider in the United States and scheduled for deletion 12 months after you signed up. To be removed sooner, email contact@aqonix.com.

If you email us, your message may include your email address, name, attachments, and anything you choose to share. We use that information to respond and handle the inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not opt you into website analytics or a marketing mailing list. Email delivery also involves the providers that route and receive the message.

3. Technical information used to deliver the website

When your browser requests a page or asset, the serving infrastructure receives information needed to handle that request. This can include your IP address, browser details, requested URL, request time, and response status. Hosting and network providers may process request information to deliver content, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. This traffic is separate from optional analytics.

4. Optional analytics and its purpose

Only after you select Accept optional, or enable analytics and save your preferences, does this website load PostHog. We use it to understand visits and interest in the planned product, and to improve website content. You can browse the same website if you decline.

The configured events are a page view, selection of Explore what we’re building, and expansion of the additional workflows list. Events can include timestamps, the page address without query parameters or fragments, browser and operating-system details, device and screen information, and randomly generated identifiers used during the current page visit.

We do not configure session recording, automatic capture of clicks or form contents, advertising trackers, surveys, user identification, or person profiles. Query strings, URL fragments, referral properties, and campaign parameters are removed or disabled in our event configuration. These limits do not make every event anonymous: technical identifiers can still be personal information under applicable law.

5. PostHog and international processing

Optional analytics is sent to PostHog’s US service. Our configuration disables IP-based location enrichment, but the receiving service still receives your IP address as part of the network connection. Processing may take place outside your country, where privacy protections may differ.

PostHog and the service providers it uses may process analytics information to provide the service. See PostHog’s privacy policy and data processing agreement for its processing framework. These documents do not replace this website’s notice or your choices here.

6. Cookies, similar technologies, and choices

The site uses local storage, a browser technology similar to cookies, to remember your privacy preference. The record contains the choice, the notice version, and the time you saved it. It is used for preference management, not advertising. Analytics identifiers are configured to stay in memory rather than persistent analytics cookies or local storage.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to review your choice, reject optional analytics, or save a different preference. Opening settings or reading this notice does not enable analytics. Choices apply to this browser and website origin; other browsers or devices may ask separately.

This website does not respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Optional analytics does not rely on them: it stays off unless you opt in. This website does not track visitors across other websites over time and does not allow advertising networks to do so.

If your browser blocks local storage, your selection applies to the current visit. Clearing site storage removes the saved preference and you will be asked again. No option is a condition of accessing the website.

7. Withdrawal and retention

Rejecting optional analytics after previously accepting it stops future event capture. Requests already sent cannot be recalled, and withdrawal does not automatically delete existing analytics records.

Saved consent is valid for up to 180 days. After that period, or when the consent version changes, the website asks again before restarting analytics. An expired local record may remain in browser storage until replaced or cleared, but is no longer treated as permission.

Analytics identifiers in memory last for the page visit. Analytics events held by PostHog follow the retention available under the project’s service plan and configuration; the 180-day preference period is not an event-deletion schedule. Email correspondence and hosting logs have separate retention requirements. Contact us for information about retained records or to request deletion where applicable.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a relevant privacy regulator. You can withdraw optional analytics consent through Cookie settings without sending an email.

For other requests, contact contact@aqonix.com, describe your request, and provide enough context to locate the relevant information. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. Because this website does not identify visitors by name in analytics, it may not be possible to associate a particular event with you. We will explain applicable limitations rather than request unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Security and external links

No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sharing sensitive financial or personal records through general email. If you follow a link to another website, that provider’s practices apply to information you give it. A third party’s policy is not controlled by Aqonix.

10. Children

This website and the planned Aqonix service are intended for adults who own or manage property. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact contact@aqonix.com and we will delete it.

11. Planned product features

Descriptions of bank connections, property documents, AI analysis, and automated workflows explain the intended product. Visiting the Aqonix website does not connect your accounts, upload your records, or authorize communications with property managers. Privacy information covering the actual application will be provided before those features become available.

12. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when website practices change and show the revision date above. If optional processing changes in a way that needs a new choice, we will request it before enabling that processing. Continued browsing alone is not consent to optional analytics.
