One fee. Two debits?

Cedar House’s statement lists one $185 management fee. Two bank debits appear to match it. Review dates, reversals, and supporting records before treating it as a duplicate charge.

THE PLATFORM WE’RE BUILDING

One operating system.
Every property in view.

Aqonix is being built as an AI-powered operating system for real estate investors and landlords. Bring properties, finances, documents, and operations together across multiple property managers and systems. Turn the patchwork of spreadsheets, portals, and email trails into a connected view of your portfolio.

01 / CONNECT

Unified cash flow

Bring financial information from bank accounts, property-manager statements, and property records into a unified view of income, expenses, and cash flow.

03 / MONITOR

Rent & payment monitoring

Compare rent receipts and mortgage activity with expected payments. Flag possible missing or late payments for review against statements, schedules, and loan records.

04 / ORGANIZE

Expense & tax summaries

Organize income and expenses by property and category, retain supporting records, and prepare summaries for you and your tax professional.

05 / FIND

Document intelligence

Bring leases, invoices, insurance policies, and statements into one place. Planned AI extraction will suggest property assignments and key dates for review, helping you stay on top of renewals and missing records.

06 / COORDINATE

Workflows with oversight

Prepare reports, suggest statement matches, and organize follow-ups with AI-assisted workflows. Keep approvals, financial changes, and external actions under your control.

These capabilities describe our planned product. Insights will depend on the records available and when they were last updated. Features and availability may change.

AI ANALYSTS. OWNER CONTROL.

See the signals.
Consider your next move.

The vision goes beyond a dashboard. Planned AI agents will help turn fragmented records into explanations, emerging risks into scenarios, and repetitive tasks into workflows you can review.

Evidence behind the insight.
You behind the decision.

01

Understand what changed

Ask why cash flow shifted, which expenses rose, or where records disagree. Follow the answer back to its sources.

02

Put risk in perspective

Explore how vacancy, financing costs, and rising expenses could affect your properties. Compare scenarios and suggested next steps with their assumptions in view.

03

Read the local market

Put portfolio performance alongside local rental and housing trends, with location, source dates, and data limitations attached to the analysis.

04

Spend less time chasing paperwork

Use planned agent workflows to organize records, prepare summaries, and highlight follow-ups. Let routine reminders follow communication rules you approve. Keep spending, disputes, and commitments in your hands.

PLANNED AI AGENTS, WORKING WITH YOU

Less chasing.
More moving forward.

From an unanswered repair update to a charge that needs explaining, Aqonix is being designed to keep the next step moving. Set the boundaries, review the evidence, and stay in control of the decisions.

02 / PROTECT YOUR CASH FLOW

Maintenance Cost Analyst

Know when a repair bill deserves a closer look. Compare charges with available local repair and replacement cost benchmarks, previous invoices, and the scope of work. Flag potential overcharges, duplicate billing, and patterns that may warrant a fraud review.

Price differences alone do not establish fraud. Materials, urgency, permits, and job complexity matter.

03 / CLOSE THE COMMUNICATION GAP

Property Manager Liaison

Keep unanswered questions and outstanding requests from disappearing into email threads. Prepare context-aware follow-ups and send routine reminders under communication rules you approve.

04 / FILL THE PAPERWORK GAPS

Document Concierge

Identify missing statements, invoices, receipts, and supporting records. Request them from your property manager, track responses, and bring the documents together for review.

05 / BRING THE MONTH INTO FOCUS

Monthly Close Assistant

Suggest matches between bank activity and property statements, organize expenses, and queue unresolved differences. Prepare a monthly review with the supporting records close at hand.

06 / KNOW WHAT NEEDS YOU

Owner Briefing

Bring changes, unanswered requests, approaching deadlines, and decisions into one concise update. See what has moved forward and where your input is still needed.

Explore 5 more planned workflows

Charge Clarification Assistant

Prepare questions about unexplained fees with the relevant records attached. Follow up for an explanation and keep the response connected to the original charge.

Rent & Distribution Monitor

Compare expected rent and owner distributions with available records. Flag gaps for review, accounting for payment schedules, processing delays, and reversals before escalating a concern.

Renewal Coordinator

Track lease, insurance, and document deadlines. Remind the right people, request updated records, and surface outstanding decisions before the due date.

Tax Document Assistant

Gather supporting records and prepare property-level income and expense summaries for your tax professional. Highlight missing documents and categories that need your review.

Market & Risk Analyst

Explore how changing local rents, vacancy, and operating costs could affect your portfolio. Surface emerging risks and possible next steps, with source dates and assumptions available to review.

Your rules. Your relationships. Your final say.

Planned agents will follow up within the recipients, timing, and communication permissions you approve. Spending approvals, disputes, and commitments stay with you.

Planned capabilities, not live services. Coverage will depend on available records, integrations, and local benchmark data. Flags are prompts for investigation, not findings of wrongdoing.

FOR OWNERS & INVESTORS

A portfolio-wide view.
Without the spreadsheet sprawl.

Different properties. Different managers. One owner who needs the full picture. Aqonix is designed to help you understand what is happening across your portfolio and decide what deserves attention.

  • Compare records across property managers and financial accounts, with supporting evidence for follow-up conversations.
  • Investigate unexpected costs and changes in property performance.
  • Prepare portfolio summaries with evidence behind the numbers.
  • Explore cash-flow scenarios as market conditions change.

A CLEARER VIEW OF OWNERSHIP

Less piecing it together.
More seeing what matters.

Aqonix is in development. We’re building toward a connected workspace for the people behind the properties.

AQONIX

Privacy & cookie notice

Last updated October 3, 2026

This notice explains how the Aqonix website handles information about its visitors. It applies to this website, including its optional PostHog analytics. It does not describe the operation of the future Aqonix application.

1. Scope and contact

Aqonix is the brand used for this website. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@aqonix.com. Please do not send bank credentials, financial statements, tenant records, or identity documents with an initial inquiry.

2. Information you provide

This website has no account registration, waitlist form, document upload, payment collection, or bank connection. Its dashboard illustration contains fictional data.

An earlier version of this website offered an optional email waitlist, which is now closed. If you joined it, we hold your email address, a record of your signup and consent, and any property and property-manager count ranges you chose. We use this information only to manage your request and to let you know if Aqonix access becomes available, and we do not send it to our website analytics service. It is stored by our hosting provider in the United States and scheduled for deletion 12 months after you signed up. To be removed sooner, email contact@aqonix.com.

If you email us, your message may include your email address, name, attachments, and anything you choose to share. We use that information to respond and handle the inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not opt you into website analytics or a marketing mailing list. Email delivery also involves the providers that route and receive the message.

3. Technical information used to deliver the website

When your browser requests a page or asset, the serving infrastructure receives information needed to handle that request. This can include your IP address, browser details, requested URL, request time, and response status. Hosting and network providers may process request information to deliver content, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. This traffic is separate from optional analytics.

4. Optional analytics and its purpose

Only after you select Accept optional, or enable analytics and save your preferences, does this website load PostHog. We use it to understand visits and interest in the planned product, and to improve website content. You can browse the same website if you decline.

The configured events are a page view, selection of Explore what we’re building, and expansion of the additional workflows list. Events can include timestamps, the page address without query parameters or fragments, browser and operating-system details, device and screen information, and randomly generated identifiers used during the current page visit.

We do not configure session recording, automatic capture of clicks or form contents, advertising trackers, surveys, user identification, or person profiles. Query strings, URL fragments, referral properties, and campaign parameters are removed or disabled in our event configuration. These limits do not make every event anonymous: technical identifiers can still be personal information under applicable law.

5. PostHog and international processing

Optional analytics is sent to PostHog’s US service. Our configuration disables IP-based location enrichment, but the receiving service still receives your IP address as part of the network connection. Processing may take place outside your country, where privacy protections may differ.

PostHog and the service providers it uses may process analytics information to provide the service. See PostHog’s privacy policy and data processing agreement for its processing framework. These documents do not replace this website’s notice or your choices here.

6. Cookies, similar technologies, and choices

The site uses local storage, a browser technology similar to cookies, to remember your privacy preference. The record contains the choice, the notice version, and the time you saved it. It is used for preference management, not advertising. Analytics identifiers are configured to stay in memory rather than persistent analytics cookies or local storage.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to review your choice, reject optional analytics, or save a different preference. Opening settings or reading this notice does not enable analytics. Choices apply to this browser and website origin; other browsers or devices may ask separately.

This website does not respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Optional analytics does not rely on them: it stays off unless you opt in. This website does not track visitors across other websites over time and does not allow advertising networks to do so.

If your browser blocks local storage, your selection applies to the current visit. Clearing site storage removes the saved preference and you will be asked again. No option is a condition of accessing the website.

7. Withdrawal and retention

Rejecting optional analytics after previously accepting it stops future event capture. Requests already sent cannot be recalled, and withdrawal does not automatically delete existing analytics records.

Saved consent is valid for up to 180 days. After that period, or when the consent version changes, the website asks again before restarting analytics. An expired local record may remain in browser storage until replaced or cleared, but is no longer treated as permission.

Analytics identifiers in memory last for the page visit. Analytics events held by PostHog follow the retention available under the project’s service plan and configuration; the 180-day preference period is not an event-deletion schedule. Email correspondence and hosting logs have separate retention requirements. Contact us for information about retained records or to request deletion where applicable.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a relevant privacy regulator. You can withdraw optional analytics consent through Cookie settings without sending an email.

For other requests, contact contact@aqonix.com, describe your request, and provide enough context to locate the relevant information. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. Because this website does not identify visitors by name in analytics, it may not be possible to associate a particular event with you. We will explain applicable limitations rather than request unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Security and external links

No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sharing sensitive financial or personal records through general email. If you follow a link to another website, that provider’s practices apply to information you give it. A third party’s policy is not controlled by Aqonix.

10. Children

This website and the planned Aqonix service are intended for adults who own or manage property. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact contact@aqonix.com and we will delete it.

11. Planned product features

Descriptions of bank connections, property documents, AI analysis, and automated workflows explain the intended product. Visiting the Aqonix website does not connect your accounts, upload your records, or authorize communications with property managers. Privacy information covering the actual application will be provided before those features become available.

12. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when website practices change and show the revision date above. If optional processing changes in a way that needs a new choice, we will request it before enabling that processing. Continued browsing alone is not consent to optional analytics.
